About the role
- Junior Financial Planning Analyst supporting data analyses and financial decision-making at Localiza&Co's FP&A team. Involves collaboration with high-performance teams across executive departments.
Responsibilities
- Support the preparation and monitoring of financial planning for the administrative, accounting and finance areas serving the Pre-Owned Vehicles (Seminovos) division;
- Assist in building the annual budget and periodic revisions (Forecast);
- Monitor costs, accounting entries and budget variances;
- Provide support in calculating individual results for monthly compensation and collective results for annual variable compensation (PLR);
- Consolidate information from different areas to prepare management reports and executive presentations;
- Monitor financial and operational KPIs, proposing improvements to processes and controls;
- Develop performance analyses, projections and financial simulations to support decision-making;
- Interact with areas such as Administration, Controllership, Accounting, Tax, Treasury and Legal to ensure alignment, accuracy and data delivery;
- Participate in projects focused on operational efficiency, digital transformation and the use of Artificial Intelligence within the finance area.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields;
- Prior experience with data analysis in corporate environments;
- Strong knowledge of accounting, corporate finance and cost structures;
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for analyses and presentations;
- Prior experience in FP&A or financial planning functions (preferred);
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership or related fields (preferred);
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, etc.) (preferred);
- Proficiency with databases (GCP, AWS, etc.) and SQL (preferred);
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, etc.) (preferred);
- Intermediate to advanced English (preferred);
- Familiarity with continuous improvement and agile methodologies (preferred).
