About the role

  • Junior Colleague Experience Partner responsible for HR operations at Pipedrive Lisbon hub. Managing employee lifecycle functions and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Responsibilities

  • Completion of all employee lifecycle tasks, including handling HR queries, issuing documentation, updating the HRIS, onboarding/offboarding, conducting HR inductions, and fostering a positive, inclusive work environment
  • Maintain accurate employee records in HR databases and drives, ensuring confidentiality and security, handling data changes, terminations, and archiving while ensuring compliance with record management, security, and GDPR regulations
  • Administer employee benefits programs ensuring appropriate onboarding and offboarding, act as a point of contact for employees regarding benefits questions.
  • Office tasks like distribution of mail received in the local office to appropriate departments for action

Requirements

  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and in line with GDPR requirements and data privacy regulations
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to foster a positive and inclusive employee experience throughout the organization
  • Solid organizational skills with extreme attention to detail
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
