About the role
- Contribute to the transition of legacy applications from Natural to Java
- Maintain and enhance applications using the Natural programming language
- Perform tasks involving Oracle database systems
- Execute basic DevOps operations using tools such as Jenkins and Docker
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation for system changes and design specifications
Requirements
- University Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or a related field
- Basic understanding of Java and object-oriented programming principles
- Familiarity with Oracle and/or ADABAS database systems
- Knowledge of UNIX-based environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Excellent English and German verbal and written skills
