Responsibilities
- Support our clients in the implementation and use of our software
- Understand client requirements and develop appropriate solutions together with the project team
- Plan and conduct workshops for clients
- Prepare specifications and solution descriptions
- Collaborate closely with the project team and assist in configuring the ERP system
- Support clients during implementation and adoption of the software
Requirements
- A qualification in accounting or a related field (university degree, vocational training such as WIFI, commercial college/HAK, etc.)
- Ideally, experience in financial accounting and bookkeeping
- Initial experience with ERP systems for accounting (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, SAP, BMD, etc.)
- Understanding of complex accounting processes
- Prior experience as a Key User during a software implementation
