Responsibilities
Support our clients in the implementation and use of our software
Understand client requirements and develop appropriate solutions together with the project team
Plan and conduct workshops for clients
Prepare specifications and solution descriptions
Collaborate closely with the project team and assist in configuring the ERP system
Support clients during implementation and adoption of the software
Requirements
A qualification in accounting or a related field (university degree, vocational training such as WIFI, commercial college/HAK, etc.)
Ideally, experience in financial accounting and bookkeeping
Initial experience with ERP systems for accounting (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, SAP, BMD, etc.)
Understanding of complex accounting processes
Prior experience as a Key User during a software implementation
