Create compelling graphics for digital platforms including website, social media, email campaigns, paid advertising, offline campaigns, video content, and internal communications
Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity across platforms
Support brand-led initiatives across Social Media, Website, Product, and External Campaigns within the Klar Brand Studio
Produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media
Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing team under guidance of ADs and Senior Brand Designers to meet project goals and deadlines
Maintain and organize a library of graphic assets, including images, icons, illustrations, and templates
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a studio, agency, or tech environment
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field is nice to have but not essential
Strong and well-crafted portfolio showcasing design skills and thought process
Prior knowledge of Figma (must)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
Knowledge of Google Workspace tools
Experience with project management tools
Motion design and vector illustration skills are a plus
Creativity and attention to detail
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
Fluency in English (must)
Knowledge of Spanish is a plus
