About the role
- Act as an editor for evaluations and manage production processes in an educational setting. Collaborate with external providers and support projects related to educational assessments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as an assessment editor, responsible for the end-to-end management of the company’s mock exams and test production process;
- Manage production schedules and stages, from question procurement to final delivery of materials;
- Liaise with external providers (freelancers, reviewers, and layout designers);
- Perform targeted reviews of questions and materials according to the field of study (Humanities);
- Provide technical support to the team on matters related to your area of expertise (History or Geography);
- Support educational data analyses and other assessment-related requests.
Requirements
- Degree completed in the Humanities — History or Geography;
- Teaching qualification (licenciatura) required (bachelor’s degree alone does not meet the requirement);
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel);
- Well organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven;
- Strong communication skills and team player, comfortable with frequent remote interactions;
- Previous experience in editorial/publishing of materials;
- Experience with educational assessments and/or item writing;
- Experience with instructional/didactic materials;
- Basic knowledge of educational data analysis.
