Act as an editor for evaluations and manage production processes in an educational setting. Collaborate with external providers and support projects related to educational assessments.
Responsibilities
Serve as an assessment editor, responsible for the end-to-end management of the company’s mock exams and test production process;
Manage production schedules and stages, from question procurement to final delivery of materials;
Liaise with external providers (freelancers, reviewers, and layout designers);
Perform targeted reviews of questions and materials according to the field of study (Humanities);
Provide technical support to the team on matters related to your area of expertise (History or Geography);
Support educational data analyses and other assessment-related requests.
Requirements
Degree completed in the Humanities — History or Geography;
Teaching qualification (licenciatura) required (bachelor’s degree alone does not meet the requirement);
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel);
Well organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven;
Strong communication skills and team player, comfortable with frequent remote interactions;
Previous experience in editorial/publishing of materials;
Experience with educational assessments and/or item writing;
Experience with instructional/didactic materials;
Basic knowledge of educational data analysis.
