- Build and document the various management processes
- Identify flow anomalies (Enedis rejections, metering errors)
- Monitor data pipelines and verification processes
- Handle complex claims that require in-depth analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 3–5 years' experience in billing teams at an electricity supplier
- Solid understanding of market mechanisms related to billing (TRVE)
- Strong knowledge of data flows with the DSO (Enedis / local distribution companies - ELD)
- Proficiency with an energy billing ERP
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to grasp complex solutions and develop reliable fixes
- Critical mindset regarding data to protect gross margin and cash flow
