- Junior AP Accounting Analyst at Nestlé coordinating operational AP activities and supporting stakeholders. Handling accounts payable tasks in a dynamic international environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational AP activities and provide support to internal and external stakeholders within the range of account payable scope
- Act as Market AP Supervisor and make decisions for issue resolution on behalf of Market
- Prepare reports with further analysis and problem solving
- Perform vendor open items cleansing
- Process tasks of Market AP Supervisor parked WF
- Manage refunds and returns from suppliers
- Supervise and execute Down payment process
- Act independently and in line with company policies/compliance rules
- Drive process improvement through standardization, automation, and continuous improvement methodologies
- Create KPIs and follow up trends, prepare root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving
- Facilitate meetings with partners
- Substitute Senior Specialist when it's needed
Requirements
- Prior experience (2+ years) in Accounting/Finance/Procurement or other related fields preferable
- Degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics preferable
- English (Strong Intermediate level)
- Experience in stakeholder and communication management proven
- French (Intermediate level)
- Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel, Power BI and SAP
- Analytical skills
