Responsibilities
- Als Buchhalter:in (Hauptbuch) unterstützt du unser Buchhaltungsteam in Deutschland und übernimmst Verantwortung für einzelne Geschäftsprozesse und Gesellschaften in unserem ERP System SAP S/4HANA.
- Du hast immer ein Auge auf die Datenqualität in unseren Subsystemen und agierst in enger Absprache mit anderen Teams bei FINN.
- Gleichzeitig treibst du aktiv die Optimierung und Automatisierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen voran, identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale und begleitest deren Umsetzung.
Requirements
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in BWL / Accounting oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung (z.B. Bilanzbuchhalter IHK).
- Du verfügst über mind. 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Hauptbuchhaltung, idealerweise in einem Finanzdienstleistungs- oder Fintech-Umfeld.
- Du hast fundierte HGB-Kenntnisse, kannst Bilanzierungsfragen sicher beurteilen (idealerweise IFRS) und hast bereits konkrete Erfahrung mit ABS-Strukturen oder Forderungsverkauf.
- Du hast Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (idealerweise mit SAP S/4HANA).
- Du verfügst über eine analytische Denkweise, eine präzise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie eine hohe Zahlenaffinität.
- Du bist ein lösungsorientierter Teamplayer, arbeitest eigenverantwortlich und sprichst fließend Deutsch sowie gut Englisch.
