About the role
- Analyst supporting strategic projects and process optimization at GRPCOM in a hybrid model. Engage in innovative solutions and team collaboration for effective results.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of project plans, including definition of scope, schedule, resources and budget;
- Monitor project execution, identify deviations and propose corrective actions;
- Record project activities, prepare status reports and presentations for stakeholders;
- Monitor project performance indicators, ensuring alignment with objectives;
- Collect and analyze data on existing processes, including documents, flowcharts and procedures;
- Map current processes using visual tools and techniques (flowcharts, activity diagrams);
- Document process steps, inputs, outputs, responsibilities and interdepartmental interactions;
- Identify improvement opportunities, bottlenecks and inefficiencies in mapped processes;
- Use modeling tools to create clear and accessible process documentation;
- Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards to track indicators;
- Research trends, best practices and innovative solutions in the market that can be applied to the company's systems and processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems or related fields;
- Familiarity with Office 365 tools (SharePoint, Power Automate, OneDrive, Planner);
- Intermediate knowledge of Power BI;
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint;
- Familiarity with process mapping tools such as Visio, Bizagi or similar;
- Good communication, organizational skills and ability to work in a team;
- Curious mindset and awareness of technological and market trends;
- Availability to work in a hybrid model in Curitiba, PR.
