About the role

  • Perform administrative activities, analyzing control systems and general administrative methods; plan, organize and control project workflows.
  • Support the analysis and control of the area’s administrative procedures, handling various administrative matters and providing general support across departments by executing routines and processes and maintaining the project’s administrative controls.
  • Monitor and carry out controls by reviewing contracts, tracking administrative actions and related procedures performed or to be performed; prepare and distribute management reports under guidance, ensuring deadlines are met according to project schedules.
  • Support managerial and/or supervisor decision-making by creating reports and process-tracking spreadsheets; prepare, under guidance, reports and controls for clarification and follow-up.
  • Perform queries in specific systems to obtain and provide information to clients, employees and managers, making records when necessary.
  • Track area indicators, analyze figures and overall costs, verify expenditures and generate reports for analysis and decision-making.

Requirements

  • EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Tourism, Public Relations or Communication.
  • EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 1 year preferred in administrative work, logistics and event organization, including responsibility for managing project air travel and per diems. Responsible for supervising event organization, checking schedules, validating locations, and confirming suitability for requirements. Must coordinate with G7 hospitals and partner institutions to ensure the organization and execution of corporate events efficiently.
  • SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE: Intermediate MS Office, intermediate Excel, experience creating and monitoring planners.
