Responsibilities
- Prepare, issue, and monitor client invoices, ensuring compliance with VAT, contracts, and quotes
- Follow up on payments, manage reminders, and handle billing disputes professionally
- Maintain accurate client accounts and perform reconciliations
- Review budgets and analyze project profitability (P&L per client/project) to support decision-making
- Assist with monthly and annual closings, including provisions and financial reporting
- Collaborate closely with project teams and finance colleagues to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Finance-related diploma or degree
- Strong Office 365 skills, especially Excel
- A valid work permit in the country where the position is based
- Proficiency in German, Spanish or Italian (in addition to English and French) preferred
- Experience with Sage 100 and SageB preferred
- Expenses controlling experience preferred
