About the role
- Consultant Ivalua managing ERP applications including Oracle E-business Suite and Ivalua for Galula Consulting. Responsible for functional maintenance and aligning IT with finance for global processes.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the proper operation, technical and functional maintenance, and future evolutions of the Finance applications assigned: Ivalua (SRM, S2C and P2P modules).
- Mandatory expertise; operations (RUN) begin in early 2026.
- Integration of Ivalua and other products with the Group ERP.
- Validate RUN processes and project procedures.
- Ensure alignment between IT and Finance business teams worldwide.
- Monitor compliance (architecture, security, audit, GDPR, internal policies).
- Manage and oversee external service providers (quality and compliance of deliverables).
Requirements
- Master’s degree (Bac+5) with proven experience in application support, ideally with international exposure.
- Proven experience with Ivalua.
- Dual expertise in IT and functional finance (financial processes and related development tools).
- Rigour, organization, analytical mindset, autonomy and service orientation.
- Ability to interact with IT and business teams, strong interpersonal skills and a team-player attitude.
- Motivated to grow in a demanding and transforming environment.
