Responsibilities
- Support the department manager by managing a team of 20 professionals (developers, analysts and trainers)
- Coordinate the activities, action plans and projects for eGRC solutions
- Help determine your unit’s service offer and oversee the implementation and execution of projects and activities
- Meet targets on time and on budget and manage results, performance, quality and client/partner satisfaction
- Develop training and skills development strategies and action plans for team members
- Help resolve complaints and dissatisfaction in accordance with the organization’s practices
- Manage the budget
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience
- Experience in team management, coordination or supervision
- Experience in an advisory role
- Project management experience
- Experience in delivering integrated IT solutions
- Knowledge of French is required
- Intermediate advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
