IT System Administrator role at Mightycare Solutions providing support for clients in IT issues. Responsibilities include customer service, system monitoring, and managing IT solutions.
Responsibilities
You are the first point of contact and independently support our clients via phone, email and remote software such as AnyDesk or Teams.
You assist our clients with questions and issues related to virtualization solutions, Windows and Linux server services, server hardware, storage components, server operating systems, and networks — according to your qualifications.
You continuously monitor our clients' IT environments, perform monthly health checks, provide improvement recommendations and assist with reporting.
Execution and oversight of various managed services are also part of your responsibilities.
Requirements
You have successfully completed vocational training or a degree in an IT-related field.
Professional conduct: you demonstrate a professional and service-oriented manner with clients and colleagues.
You are familiar with Windows (client/server), Linux, DNS, DHCP and network infrastructures.
You have a strong interest in IT security and implement it professionally for our clients.
You already have experience in virtualization and cloud computing or show a strong motivation to learn these skills with us.
You are curious about new trends and cloud technologies and are willing to continuously develop your skills.
You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
