- You are the first point of contact and independently support our clients via phone, email and remote software such as AnyDesk or Teams.
- You assist our clients with questions and issues related to virtualization solutions, Windows and Linux server services, server hardware, storage components, server operating systems, and networks — according to your qualifications.
- You continuously monitor our clients' IT environments, perform monthly health checks, provide improvement recommendations and assist with reporting.
- Execution and oversight of various managed services are also part of your responsibilities.
Requirements
- You have successfully completed vocational training or a degree in an IT-related field.
- Professional conduct: you demonstrate a professional and service-oriented manner with clients and colleagues.
- You are familiar with Windows (client/server), Linux, DNS, DHCP and network infrastructures.
- You have a strong interest in IT security and implement it professionally for our clients.
- You already have experience in virtualization and cloud computing or show a strong motivation to learn these skills with us.
- You are curious about new trends and cloud technologies and are willing to continuously develop your skills.
- You have excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
