About the role
- IT Specialist providing support and development for Totvs products and legacy systems. Ensuring efficient processes and documentation in a regulated environment with system integrations.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with Totvs products (Protheus ERP) and legacy systems.
- Provide support, implementation and development on systems to meet company needs.
- Ensure the preparation and maintenance of necessary documentation to support the baseline and project activities in a regulated environment.
- Ensure validation and reliability of the area's information.
- Identify opportunities to make processes more efficient, effective, and/or secure.
- Develop and apply automated routines for operational procedures within the department.
- Propose technical alternatives to resolve issues.
- Define and execute validations on developed systems using appropriate tools.
- Participate in deployments, ensuring applications function correctly.
- Interact with system vendors to ensure availability of current systems.
- Ensure delivery and development of new solutions according to defined requirements.
- Elicit requirements, develop, test and implement system integrations, primarily via APIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience with MS SQL.
- Experience with ERP routines and/or Protheus payroll.
- Programming logic and knowledge of software processes.
- Requirements gathering techniques.
