About the role

  • Work directly with Totvs products (Protheus ERP) and legacy systems.
  • Provide support, implementation and development on systems to meet company needs.
  • Ensure the preparation and maintenance of necessary documentation to support the baseline and project activities in a regulated environment.
  • Ensure validation and reliability of the area's information.
  • Identify opportunities to make processes more efficient, effective, and/or secure.
  • Develop and apply automated routines for operational procedures within the department.
  • Propose technical alternatives to resolve issues.
  • Define and execute validations on developed systems using appropriate tools.
  • Participate in deployments, ensuring applications function correctly.
  • Interact with system vendors to ensure availability of current systems.
  • Ensure delivery and development of new solutions according to defined requirements.
  • Elicit requirements, develop, test and implement system integrations, primarily via APIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience with MS SQL.
  • Experience with ERP routines and/or Protheus payroll.
  • Programming logic and knowledge of software processes.
  • Requirements gathering techniques.
  • Knowledge of system integrations.
  • API communication.
  • WebServices (SOAP/REST).
