About the role

  • Collaborating closely with category departments to ensure efficient purchasing processes in IT procurement. Tracking supplier performance and contributing to data-driven decisions within the finance team.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with various category departments to ensure purchasing processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with business needs.
  • Track supplier performance, analyze product stock values, and contribute to data-driven decisions by preparing and presenting detailed reports on procurement activities and key business metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 4–6 years of experience in IT procurement or a related discipline
  • Experience across all IT procurement categories, including hardware, software, and telecommunications
  • Strong knowledge of market research and price comparison
  • Solid understanding of supplier relationship management and process management
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and teamwork skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/procurement tools (SAP, Ariba, Oracle, or similar)
