- Collaborate closely with various category departments to ensure purchasing processes are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with business needs.
- Track supplier performance, analyze product stock values, and contribute to data-driven decisions by preparing and presenting detailed reports on procurement activities and key business metrics.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 4–6 years of experience in IT procurement or a related discipline
- Experience across all IT procurement categories, including hardware, software, and telecommunications
- Strong knowledge of market research and price comparison
- Solid understanding of supplier relationship management and process management
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace tools
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and teamwork skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Hands-on experience with ERP/procurement tools (SAP, Ariba, Oracle, or similar)
