Responsibilities
The IT Pre-Sales Consultant will be responsible for the technical strategy and technology contribution of solutions to customers, working on transformational initiatives and supporting the Sales team to win new accounts.
This professional will lead technical meetings and product/solution presentations, identifying needs and opportunities and proposing projects aligned with the solutions being sold.
They will also be responsible for evaluating and analyzing clients’ needs, recommending the solutions that best meet their strategic objectives.
Must stay continuously updated on new technologies and market trends, mastering the company’s technology portfolio.
Additionally, they will take part in the definition, planning, management and reporting of results for strategic projects to executive committees, ensuring alignment between technology, organizational targets and business objectives.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s degree completed (Bachelor’s in IT or related fields).
MBA completed or in progress.
Essential:
Previous experience in Pre-Sales, Customer Experience (CX) and/or Sales, with a focus on technical and systemic solutions;
Experience in project management and team leadership;
Experience in strategic planning, performance management and executive reporting;
Experience with market technical systems and solutions;
Technical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions;
Knowledge of Systems Development, Platforms, Automations and advanced technologies;
Willingness to travel.
Preferred:
Technical/intermediate English and/or Spanish for presentations and negotiations with global clients (preferred).
