About the role

  • Set up and lead a global IT support organization
  • Implement and manage a global Windows image across all company-owned devices
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to phase out non-company-owned devices
  • Drive IT security initiatives and implement compliance frameworks
  • Align IT initiatives with overall business goals
  • Coordinate and lead IT teams and projects across multiple time zones
  • Act as the primary point for vendor and external IT partner management
  • Guide internal IT administrators and office managers
  • Shape and implement clear, practical AI policies
  • Provide expert support in Microsoft AAD, Azure cloud services, and Microsoft 365 environments
  • Foster a culture of change management

Requirements

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft AAD and Azure cloud infrastructure
  • Global Windows image management and endpoint security
  • Mac device management in mixed environments
  • Compliance frameworks: ISO/IEC 27001, SOC2, GDPR, etc.
  • Structured project management across multiple time zones
  • ITIL or comparable service management methodologies
  • Vendor management and contract negotiation
  • AI policy design and technology integration
  • English (fluent); Dutch (professional proficiency)
  • Data analysis and reporting for IT operations
