About the role

Responsibilities
- Act as a sparring partner for the Finance & Controlling business areas in the development of existing and new business processes
- Capture, analyze and prioritize requirements from the commercial/finance departments
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end implementation of IT-supported finance and controlling processes
- Help design and optimize IT processes to increase efficiency and improve quality in Finance & Controlling
- Collaborate with finance colleagues and IT teams to successfully implement solutions
Requirements
- Degree in economics/business administration with a focus on Finance, Controlling, Business Informatics (Wirtschaftsinformatik) or a comparable qualification
- Experience in process development and working with IT systems, especially SAP
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken; good English skills
- Analytical mindset as well as a structured and self‑responsible way of working
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with different business areas
