About the role
- IT Business Analyst focusing on Trading Integration for international clients. Working in a hybrid role at Qualysoft with opportunities for collaboration and learning in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to gather functional and non-functional requirements.
- Scope item delivery coordination.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders (business users, developers, architects) project delivery tasks.
- Facilitate project UATs, requirement workshops, design reviews.
- Document meeting outcomes, decisions, and action items for traceability.
- Document “As-Is” and “To-Be” business processes, highlighting gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Apply BPMN or similar standards for clarity and consistency.
- Define acceptance criteria and support UAT by clarifying requirements and resolving ambiguities.
- Ensure deliverables meet business objectives before deployment.
- Validation & Testing Support.
Requirements
- Experienced in agile methodology with capability of creating user stories, use cases, supporting test case creation in Azure DevOps or Jira.
- Ability to translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for Trading systems.
- Ability to define interface specifications including data mapping, transformation rules, and validation logic.
- Experience in documenting error handling.
- Ability to define message formats (XML, JSON) and schema definitions.
- Interface Design Competencies.
- Understanding of system integration principles and middleware technologies (e.g., EA , APIs)
