About the role

  • Maintain rigorous oversight of strategic agreements with IT partners
  • Assess the performance of professional IT service providers using quality and efficiency metrics
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities and propose concrete action plans
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize IT delivery ecosystems for the Individual sector
  • Participate in partnership governance and ensure compliance with contractual commitments
  • Produce performance analyses and recommendations to support decision-making
  • Support teams in vendor relationship management and in resolving operational issues
  • Contribute to the evolution of IT delivery practices in line with the company’s strategic direction
  • Monitor market trends and best practices in IT performance management
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement with external partners

Requirements

  • Five (5) years of experience in project management, preferably in IT
  • Proven experience in managing strategic partnerships
  • At least two (2) years working in an agile environment
  • Proficient in monitoring and analyzing performance indicators (KPIs)
  • University degree in business administration, IT management, or equivalent training
