About the role
- Project Lead & Consultant managing web project coordination and client communication in Switzerland. Leading task phases from initial planning to project completion in a hybrid work setup.
Responsibilities
- Managing and coordinating web projects across all phases (initial meeting, requirements analysis, planning, controlling, implementation, closure)
- Communicating with and advising clients; handling client inquiries by email and phone
- Acting as the interface between design, development, and the client
- Creating project roadmaps in coordination with clients
- Resource planning for project teams
- Assisting with cost estimates and the preparation of proposals/quotes
Requirements
- Relevant and appropriate education or degree: IT education with business/management training, business education with IT experience, or a comparable background
- Several years of experience leading IT and digital projects, ideally in an agency environment
- Experience with project documentation and proposal processes
- Enjoyment in supporting and advising clients and in leading interdisciplinary project teams
- Knowledge of various agile methods (Kanban, Scrum, Design Thinking)
- Entrepreneurial thinking and self-initiative
- Positive mindset with a good sense of humor
- Team player with a passion for working with people
- Used to working independently and organizing yourself — reliability is one of your strengths!
