Responsibilities
Lead and harmonise ISO certification programs across multiple business units and geographies (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and others).
Serve as the primary interface with external certification bodies, ensuring audit readiness and successful outcomes.
Design and implement global audit frameworks, including internal audit programs, CAPA processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Integrate ISO certification requirements into existing HSSE and operational frameworks, identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost optimisation.
Engage and influence senior stakeholders across functions, regions, and business units to embed certification requirements into daily operations.
Provide strategic insight and leadership on certification trends, risks, and opportunities.
Requirements
Success and proven experience in ISO certification leadership, preferably in global or multi-site environments.
Proven experience leading external audits and managing relationships with certification bodies.
IRCA or equivalent Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001 (additional ISO 14001, 45001, 27001 preferred).
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to design and implement scalable, efficient certification programs.
Excellent communication skills — confident, clear, and credible in high-stakes discussions.
Experience in integrating ISO standards into broader operational and HSSE systems is a strong advantage.
