About the role

  • Lead and harmonise ISO certification programs across multiple business units and geographies (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and others).
  • Serve as the primary interface with external certification bodies, ensuring audit readiness and successful outcomes.
  • Design and implement global audit frameworks, including internal audit programs, CAPA processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Integrate ISO certification requirements into existing HSSE and operational frameworks, identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost optimisation.
  • Engage and influence senior stakeholders across functions, regions, and business units to embed certification requirements into daily operations.
  • Provide strategic insight and leadership on certification trends, risks, and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Success and proven experience in ISO certification leadership, preferably in global or multi-site environments.
  • Proven experience leading external audits and managing relationships with certification bodies.
  • IRCA or equivalent Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001 (additional ISO 14001, 45001, 27001 preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking, with the ability to design and implement scalable, efficient certification programs.
  • Excellent communication skills — confident, clear, and credible in high-stakes discussions.
  • Experience in integrating ISO standards into broader operational and HSSE systems is a strong advantage.
