About the role

  • eCom Enablement Manager driving sales acceleration and implementation of eCom campaigns for 3M. Collaborating with global teams to monitor and adapt sales strategies across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Innovative 3Mers Around the World
  • Provide coverage across TNDs including Amazon, ADEO, Kingfisher & 3P marketplace (Mercato)
  • Sales enablement of Digital Shelf: Management of variations and virtual bundles to drive sales velocity
  • Implementation of our eCom campaigns following eKAM lead to drive sales acceleration and hit agreed KPIs
  • Collaboration with agency partners to monitor, adapt and accelerate campaigns against agreed KPIs working in collaboration with eKAMs on sales strategies and promo tracking
  • Drive improvement in ROI and campaign effectiveness to meet JBP objectives
  • 3P on platform execution and strategy vs 1P NPI acceleration launch program management (e.g. LSPL)
  • Update and maintain brand store, linked to key seasonal events EU9 category expansion and scale up
  • Drive alignment of content and asset deployment to sales priorities between stakeholders, [A++/A+, A/B testing priorities, rollout including EU9]

Requirements

  • Proven activation marketing experience within the Consumer FMCG environment.
  • Strong project management skills, coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
  • Growth mindset and ‘can do’ approach fitting within a high performing team.
  • A self-starter with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and expectations.
  • Demonstrated customer orientation and focus, with excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to form strong relationships with internal and external customers/stakeholders.
  • Proficient in data analysis, with the ability to work with extensive data sets.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • Experience and understanding of eCommerce and Amazon platform (training will be provided)
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to work in a highly dynamic environment.
  • Strong networking skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a high level of initiative and drive.
