About the role

  • Actively participate in the development of investment activities in Switzerland
  • Responsible for active market development with a focus on prospecting
  • Manage and develop the client network in Switzerland (German and/or French Speaking part)
  • Respond to RfPs in collaboration with Swiss client segment specialists
  • Prepare high-quality offers based on client needs
  • Act as global investment advisor for institutional clients
  • Prepare high-quality presentations and reports leveraging Mercer’s research and data analysis tools
  • Support ad hoc client requests and other investment advisory activities.

Requirements

  • Several years of relevant professional experience in business development / sales
  • Proven track record in Switzerland
  • Good understanding of financial investments especially private markets
  • Very strong affinity for investment solution sales
  • Interest in the support and advice of clients
  • High team-orientation and effective collaboration with various stakeholders
  • Analytical and solution-oriented working method
  • Fluency in one or more official Swiss languages (German or French) as well as English.
