About the role

Responsibilities
- Actively participate in the development of investment activities in Switzerland

- Prepare high-quality offers based on client needs
- Act as global investment advisor for institutional clients
- Prepare high-quality presentations and reports leveraging Mercer’s research and data analysis tools
- Support ad hoc client requests and other investment advisory activities.
Requirements
- Several years of relevant professional experience in business development / sales
- Proven track record in Switzerland
- Good understanding of financial investments especially private markets
- Very strong affinity for investment solution sales
- Interest in the support and advice of clients
- High team-orientation and effective collaboration with various stakeholders
- Analytical and solution-oriented working method
- Fluency in one or more official Swiss languages (German or French) as well as English.
