Responsibilities
Actively participate in the development of investment activities in Switzerland
Responsible for active market development with a focus on prospecting
Manage and develop the client network in Switzerland (German and/or French Speaking part)
Respond to RfPs in collaboration with Swiss client segment specialists
Prepare high-quality offers based on client needs
Act as global investment advisor for institutional clients
Prepare high-quality presentations and reports leveraging Mercer’s research and data analysis tools
Support ad hoc client requests and other investment advisory activities.
Requirements
Several years of relevant professional experience in business development / sales
Proven track record in Switzerland
Good understanding of financial investments especially private markets
Very strong affinity for investment solution sales
Interest in the support and advice of clients
High team-orientation and effective collaboration with various stakeholders
Analytical and solution-oriented working method
Fluency in one or more official Swiss languages (German or French) as well as English.
