Responsibilities
partner with the Director of Portfolio Management on high-priority strategic business initiatives
act as a proxy or delegate for the Director when needed
lead strategic projects through to successful completion with full accountability
ensure strategic alignment across departments to support firm-wide investment goals
contribute to operational oversight of the investments platform
address issues across investment operations, compliance, marketing, and digital enablement
navigate complex priorities to drive initiatives that support long-term investment strategy
liaise between the investment team and Portfolio Management, Relationship Management, and Asset Allocation
collaborate with Digital Strategy, Marketing, Trust & Estates, and Investment Operations teams
work across departments and business functions at senior levels
engage in cross-functional business management tasks
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related quantitative field
2–5 years of experience in wealth management, investment banking, or asset management with exposure to investment strategy, portfolio operations, or business management
Progress toward or completion of CFP, MBA, or equivalent advanced certification is a plus
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance environment in wealth and asset management
Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel (Power BI highly desirable)
Experience with CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics
Experience with investment management software or digital strategy implementation projects preferred
