About the role

  • Handling tickets escalated by the CS team, investigating issues reported by customers and internal users.
  • Analyzing logs, reproducing errors and fixing defects in systems.
  • Developing and maintaining front-end and back-end features.
  • Implementing improvements and maintenance adjustments.
  • Preparing and updating technical documentation and procedures.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
  • Programming logic and data structures.
  • Basic front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular).
  • Basic back-end development knowledge (C#, .NET).
  • Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL).
  • Basic knowledge of consuming REST APIs.
  • Experience (including academic) with code versioning (Git/GitHub).
  • Familiarity with system monitoring tools.
  • Basic knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Previous experience in technical support or application maintenance.
  • Familiarity with coding best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of continuous integration (CI/CD).
