About the role

  • Process international customer orders;
  • Monitor mandatory export sales documentation with customers and customs brokers;
  • Track shipments until border crossing or port loading;
  • Obtain quotes and request bookings with shipping lines (carriers);
  • Manage customer portfolio;
  • Manage and monitor international sales processes;
  • Issue and verify invoices (Nota Fiscal);

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in International Trade, International Relations, or Business Administration;
  • Basic knowledge of export procedures;
  • Familiarity with SAP and OneSource (desirable);
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
  • English required;
  • Spanish is a plus;
