About the role
- Interactive Designer creating digital experiences for CBC/Radio-Canada across platforms. Analyzing user needs and optimizing interactions in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Create digital experiences on websites, apps and digital platforms
- Analyze projects to identify needs and objectives
- Assess desired functions to optimize user experience
- Develop structure and define architecture for projects
- Actively participate in meetings and brainstorming sessions
- Supervise quality control prior to go-live stages
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, graphic communication, multimedia design, interface design or equivalent
- Three or more years’ experience in a similar position in a multiplatform digital work environment
- Excellent knowledge of web and app UX design
- Excellent knowledge of UI design
- Knowledge of Figma, Abstract, Miro and the Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of digital accessibility, SEO and ecodesign an asset
- Knowledge of HTML, the iOS and Android app environments and their technical specifications an asset
- Experience applying AI in a workplace scenario an asset
- Good knowledge of the media market, especially in a digital context
- Knowledge of spoken and written English an asset
