About the role

  • Support the execution of internal and external audits of processes and procedures to identify conformities and non-conformities, preparing specific reports and providing guidance on correct adjustments, in order to maintain a quality management system that ensures compliance with applicable legislation and adherence to national and international standards in accordance with company policies.
  • Support the development of Cotesa’s Occupational Health Medical Control Program (PCMSO) by managing pre-employment, periodic and termination medical examinations for company employees, taking into account the risks associated with each activity as described in the Risk Management Program (PGR) and current legislation, to help meet deadlines and ensure workers are fit to perform their duties.
  • Support the mandatory and supplementary safety training program by monitoring the development, delivery and control of training, ensuring procedures are followed according to the requirements, the risks of each activity and current legislation, in order to contribute to employees’ qualification for their roles.
  • Support the implementation process of the CIPA at Headquarters and provide technical support and assistance in organizing the SIPAT (Internal Week for Accident Prevention), aiming to comply with current legislation.
  • Assist in the execution of the Headquarters Emergency Response Action Plan by developing company standards and supporting area managers in implementation, to ensure teams are prepared to respond promptly and correctly and that consequences are minimized.
  • Develop and promote a culture of health, safety and environment through the development of policies, programs and processes so that QSST (Quality, Safety, Health and Environment) acts as a facilitator and partner to other company areas, aiming to ensure compliance with current legislation, the Integrated Management System and the health and wellbeing of employees in the workplace.
  • Provide assistance and perform other related duties inherent to the position as directed and/or requested by the immediate supervisor.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in Safety and Integrated Management.
