About the role
- Insights and Reporting Manager leading high-impact data insights for ProCook's Digital Transformation programme. Responsible for reporting lifecycle and collaboration with business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of high-impact data insights across the business
- Transform data into actionable insights for informed decision-making
- Responsible for the end-to-end reporting lifecycle
- Build and maintain scalable Power BI reporting
- Develop and maintain data ingestion pipelines for data quality
- Collaborate with business users to understand data needs and translate into reporting
- Identify business growth opportunities and operational efficiencies
- Work with Tech department to optimise data architecture
- Provide training and support to promote self-service reporting
- Monitor Power BI services for performance optimisation
- Develop documentation, data models, and data dictionaries
Requirements
- Proven experience in a data/insights/reporting management role, ideally in a mid to large-sized organisation from Retail or FMCG
- Advanced Power BI development skills, including DAX, Power Query (M), and data modelling
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with data ingestion pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and working with large datasets from multiple sources
- Solid SQL skills and experience working with relational databases and data warehouses or lakes
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively
- Experience in stakeholder management and project delivery in an agile or fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset (ability to understand and interpret business drivers and causation) with attention to detail and data accuracy.
