Lead the development and delivery of high-impact data insights across the business
Transform data into actionable insights for informed decision-making
Responsible for the end-to-end reporting lifecycle
Build and maintain scalable Power BI reporting
Develop and maintain data ingestion pipelines for data quality
Collaborate with business users to understand data needs and translate into reporting
Identify business growth opportunities and operational efficiencies
Work with Tech department to optimise data architecture
Provide training and support to promote self-service reporting
Monitor Power BI services for performance optimisation
Develop documentation, data models, and data dictionaries
Requirements
Proven experience in a data/insights/reporting management role, ideally in a mid to large-sized organisation from Retail or FMCG
Advanced Power BI development skills, including DAX, Power Query (M), and data modelling
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with data ingestion pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and working with large datasets from multiple sources
Solid SQL skills and experience working with relational databases and data warehouses or lakes
Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders clearly and effectively
Experience in stakeholder management and project delivery in an agile or fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and commercial mindset (ability to understand and interpret business drivers and causation) with attention to detail and data accuracy.
