Responsibilities
Kwalificatie van leads die binnenkomen via de website, telefoon, campagnes, events, etc
Het zien en benutten van upsell opportuniteiten bij bestaande klanten
Up-to-date houden van het CRM-systeem (Hubspot)
Samen met het Belgische sales team behalen van de team en individuele targets
Onboarden van klanten bij partners (bijv. CCV)
Een lange termijn relatie opbouwen met de klanten van Trivec by Caspeco
Organiseren van beurzen
Up-to-date houden van sales documentatie in relatie met het product team (pptx)
Ondersteunen van Marketing: campagnes, lead generatie, vertalingen, website, etc
Begrijpen en analyseren van de behoeften van de klant en deze overbrengen naar je collega’s (support, product, …)
Algemene sales administatie
Requirements
Eerste ervaring in een ondersteunende commerciële functie
Tweetalig: Frans & Nederlands - met goede kennis van het Engels
Oprechte passie voor restaurant, bar en hotels, food & drinks
Uitstekende kennis van MS Office
Gemotiveerd, teamplayer, creatief en target gedreven
Uitstekende communicatie skills
Het goed kunnen prioriteren van je taken en je tijd
Minimum bachelor diploma of gelijkaardig door ervaring
