You will be at the heart of our growth efforts and ensure we take off online!
Find and approach influencers: you will discover the most relevant influencers on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube and persuade them to collaborate with us.
Maintain relationships: you will build strong relationships with influencers and ensure everyone stays happy.
Develop creative campaigns: you will come up with engaging ideas for how influencers can promote us in their stories and posts.
Negotiate contracts: you will make sure contract terms are clear and handle the details.
Monitor performance: you will analyze how our partnerships perform and identify ways to improve.
Create viral content: you will produce standout TikToks, Instagram Reels and other videos that have strong impact.
Design graphics: using tools like Canva you will create great designs that make our brand shine.
Develop content strategies: you will plan and implement strategies to increase our reach and visibility.
Manage social media: you will look after our social channels and ideally help grow them — the more followers, the better!
Analyze performance: you will review how our content performs and continuously optimize it.
Requirements
Experience in sales or influencer marketing: you have already gained initial experience working with influencers or in sales.
Content creation skills: you are skilled at producing TikToks and Instagram posts and are familiar with graphic tools (such as Canva and InShot).
Creativity and trend awareness: you know what’s trending and can translate trends into your content.
Strong communication skills: you can communicate persuasively and charmingly, both in writing and on the phone.
Social media know‑how: you understand how social media works and how to use it for influencer marketing.
Ideally existing contacts or followers: you may already have connections in the influencer scene or your own follower base.
Self‑management and enjoyment of networking: you work independently and love meeting new people.
