Implementation & Retail Ops Specialist at Reward Gateway managing international project implementations and retail operations training. Working closely with business units in the project phase to ensure successful operations.
Responsibilities
Plan and deliver full system Implementation training and training on Retail Operations processes (retailer onboarding, offer management, newsletters, etc.) to new Business Units (BUs) in the project phase.
Create awareness of the AUKUS zone’s standard internal processes and operating model across the Implementation and Retail functions to assist new BUs in setting up their own operations.
Conduct weekly meetings with BU and internal stakeholders to support Implementation and Retail efforts during the project phase.
Maintain, improve, and execute the existing rollout playbooks for the Implementation and Retail workstreams.
Maintain an up-to-date repository of training and guide documentation to support BUs with Implementation and Retail Ops.
Create and configure initial platform schemes for BUs in the rollout project phase.
Maintain Admin / QA user access to BU test schemes.
Support strategic rollout planning and execution of Implementation and Retail operations.
Act as the first point of contact to new BUs in the discovery and project phase regarding Implementation and Retail queries.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with BU counterparts in Implementation and Retail areas.
Build and maintain strong working relationships within InnoHub with regards to Implementation and Retail processes
Requirements
Relevant experience in a similar role for 4+ years, gained in project implementations or as a Client Success Specialist
Excellent command of English (spoken and written)
Adept at building rapport and dealing confidently with stakeholders, and great at building internal and external relationships
Strong planning abilities with a process-driven approach to balancing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Ability to own a process from the start to the final stage
Proven experience working as part of a large, complex digital working team in a multi-stakeholder environment
A broad digital experience in the field of the employee engagement ecosystem is advantageous
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and eager to take on the challenge of unfamiliar tasks
Able to successfully operate in traditional corporate environments in addition to progressive operating cultures
**Ability to travel internationally up to 50% of the time. **
