About the role

  • Provide day-to-day client support across UAT and Production, partnering with technical and business stakeholders to troubleshoot, guide test plans, resolve incidents, and accelerate integration and adoption of TT’s trading platform.
  • Project-manage cross-functional initiatives end-to-end: define scope and milestones, continually re-prioritize, remove blockers, and deliver on time.
  • Run governance and stakeholder communications: publish clear status, proactively surface and mitigate risks, and escalate decisively to leadership when needed.
  • Design, execute, and manage FIX conformance test cases based on software requirements and a deep understanding of TT’s FIX services; recommend enhancements as the offering evolves.
  • Drive continuous improvement in team engagement, effectiveness, and efficiency by introducing, piloting, and implementing process optimizations.
  • Foster healthy team dynamics; coach, mentor, and grow a high-performing, service-oriented team with strong ownership and customer focus.
  • Continually expand domain expertise and adopt new tools and techniques to raise the bar on quality and velocity.

Requirements

  • BA or BS in Business, Information Technology or related field
  • Project management experience with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills; ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Linux and Windows operating systems
  • Working knowledge of the FIX Protocol (versions 4.2–5.0)
  • Basic knowledge of financial markets and asset classes
  • Working knowledge of middle and back-office workflows
  • Basic networking fundamentals and the ability to run basic diagnostics
