About the role

  • Your duties include handling administrative HR tasks from onboarding to offboarding, such as preparing employment-related documents and certificates
  • You are responsible for carrying out all preparatory measures for the monthly payroll for a defined group in SAP HCM and maintain close cooperation with our external payroll service
  • You are the first point of contact for employees on questions relating to labor law, social security and tax matters
  • The management of time tracking (including time corrections, working hours and absences) is part of your responsibilities, as is recording, maintaining and managing employee master data in SAP HCM
  • You prepare and document HR-related reports and analyses
  • You are our expert in supporting and advising on special topics such as company pension schemes

Requirements

  • You have completed vocational training as a Certified HR Specialist (all genders), Personnel Services Specialist (all genders) or a commercial apprenticeship with a focus on HR
  • You have already gained professional experience in preparatory payroll processing and are familiar with general HR administration
  • You have good knowledge of tax and social security law
  • You are proficient in MS Office and have good knowledge of SAP HCM
  • You demonstrate service orientation, social skills and strong team and communication abilities
  • Your careful, independent and structured working style completes your profile
