Help clients onboard our HR software to their organization through successful training
Teach clients how to utilize the software to best meet their needs
Build close relationships with both clients and colleagues
Communicate effectively with HR and business leaders around the world
Import client data into their new accounts to set them up for success
Provide insight and clarification to clients’ questions
Continual learning about HR processes, functions, and software to provide the best customer service to clients
Focused work during a set schedule, Monday through Friday
Requirements
Professional experience in a customer service related role
Able to work in- office at least three days a week. When at home, have a dedicated at-home workspace, free from distraction with high-speed, reliable internet
The ability to effectively communicate through both written and verbal skills
The proven ability to learn software programs quickly
Experience manipulating data in Microsoft Excel
Excellent problem solving and time management skills
Able to handle high stress situations and remain productive in the role
The ability to type 60+ words per minute
