About the role
- Implementation Specialist partnering with HR leaders to onboard HR software at BambooHR. Building client relationships and providing software training for effective HR solutions.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients who are HR and business leaders from around the world
- Help clients onboard our HR software to their organization through successful training
- Teach clients how to utilize the software to best meet their needs
- Build close relationships with both clients and colleagues
- Communicate effectively with HR and business leaders around the world
- Import client data into their new accounts to set them up for success
- Provide insight and clarification to clients’ questions
- Continual learning about HR processes, functions, and software to provide the best customer service to clients
- Focused work during a set schedule, Monday through Friday
Requirements
- Professional experience in a customer service related role
- Able to work in- office at least three days a week. When at home, have a dedicated at-home workspace, free from distraction with high-speed, reliable internet
- The ability to effectively communicate through both written and verbal skills
- The proven ability to learn software programs quickly
- Experience manipulating data in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills
- Able to handle high stress situations and remain productive in the role
- The ability to type 60+ words per minute
