About the role
- Lead Apply Digital’s Continuous Delivery practice; modernize CI/CD, IaC, automated testing, DevSecOps and AI enablement across Latin America and global teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide the work of DevOps Engineers, QA Analysts and QA Engineers, ensuring high-quality outcomes to clients and directing leadership within North America with alignment to global delivery teams.
- Promote and grow the Continuous Delivery practice, collaborating with pitch teams on estimates, scoping, resourcing and articulating practice value to clients.
- Champion best practices related to AI enablement, AI engineering, continuous delivery, quality assurance, devops and security compliance; review CI/CD pipelines and translate security/compliance standards into delivery processes.
- Develop expertise within the broader technology team across websites, mobile applications, integrations, e-commerce, data and analytics; manage multiple delivery squads and dependencies.
- Provide expert advice and nurture relationships with stakeholders within client organizations to identify growth and deliver business value.
- Identify, prevent, and mitigate risks affecting engagements and escalate issues to executive leadership when needed.
- Provide thought leadership and client education on software delivery trends, composable platform architecture and modernizing project delivery.
Requirements
- Experience leading organizations in continuous improvement, shift left, DevSecOps, and/or evolution of software delivery practices.
- Experience accelerating the adoption of AI tools, processes and techniques for delivery of software, testing and project delivery.
- Proven track record in a similar technology leadership role in continuous delivery, devops, security, and/or quality assurance in a consulting environment.
- Deep technical knowledge across cloud-native development, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and secure software development lifecycle.
- Experience with composable architecture and/or MACH platforms, including cloud platforms, headless CMS, modern web and mobile frameworks, API integrations, and digital analytics platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in providing expert guidance to clients, working with client technology, security and testing teams to deliver highly secure solutions while fostering strong client relationships.
- Proven ability to mentor team members and foster a high-performance culture in large multidisciplinary teams.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to align technology decisions with broader business objectives.
- Experience managing delivery risks across technical complexity, resourcing, client relationships, and scope.
- Excellent client-facing skills and experience in vendor selection and management.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to foster trust and empowerment with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
