Responsibilities
- Contact potential investors and assess their profiles;
- Negotiate with shopping centers and other commercial locations, such as high-street stores, supermarkets and gas stations;
- Prepare the business plan for the venture, analyzing financials and evaluating feasibility;
- Present the business plan to the Group’s board for approval;
- Enter information into the CRM to feed the commercial team’s tools;
- Study the market and the company’s operating segments;
- Provide customer service by phone and email throughout the sales process, including answering questions, performing follow-ups and closing;
- Manage a client portfolio focused on generating new business opportunities and, above all, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Communications or related fields;
- Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills;
