About the role

  • Co-own Nebius’ global TA strategy and lead the Operations and Employment Branding pillar.
  • Design and deliver a differentiated employer brand across markets; partner with Marketing/Comms to amplify.
  • Own Greenhouse, HiBob, and related tech stack; design and automate processes for scale, data integrity, and compliance.
  • Build global recruiting dashboards, metrics, and insights to drive executive decision-making.
  • Establish global standards and mechanisms to raise the Candidate and Hiring Manager experience.
  • Hire and develop a new TA Ops/EB team; embed accountability and delivery focus.
  • Partner closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to align planning, budgets, and workforce insights.
  • Serve as a core member of the global TA leadership team and drive the TA roadmap.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in recruiting operations, employer branding, or TA leadership.
  • Deep knowledge of HR systems (ATS, HRIS) and process automation.
  • Proven ability to create and scale global employment branding strategies.
  • Experience managing data, analytics, and reporting to a C-level audience.
  • A track record of building new functions from scratch.
