About the role
- Leiter Projektmanagement Office managing strategic projects in the automotive sector at Hülpert Group. Leading project management office and implementing project management standards and governance structure.
Responsibilities
- Build, lead and further develop the internal Project Management Office (PMO) as the central control and competence center for the corporate group
- Introduce and standardize project management methods, tools and processes (e.g., Stage‑Gate, hybrid or agile methods)
- Responsible for project governance, prioritization and tracking of all strategic and operational projects
- Work closely with executive management and business units to ensure projects are delivered on time, to scope and within budget
- Establish a unified project controlling function including KPI dashboards, status reports and risk management
- Support and coach project managers in the business units
- Actively contribute to strategic projects, in particular CRM and digitization initiatives (experience with Salesforce is an advantage)
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Engineering or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally in the automotive sector or a complex retail organization
- Solid knowledge of traditional and agile project management methods; certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA or Scrum Master) are desirable
- Experience in rolling out CRM, ERP or digital projects (Salesforce desirable)
- Confident use of project management and reporting tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Power BI)
- Strong strategic, analytical and communication skills
- High implementation drive, organizational talent and enthusiasm for change processes
- Experience in change management and cross‑functional collaboration
