Head of Product transforming product strategy for encentive's energy management platform. Leading the transition to customer-centric solutions, team management, and market successful features.
Responsibilities
You will transform our platform from a technically oriented solution into a customer-focused, value-driven product.
You will lead the company’s shift from an engineering-centered mindset to a customer-centric culture.
You will own product strategy, feature prioritization and execution, working closely with our founders, the CTO and the CPO.
You will ensure our product is not only technically excellent but also commercially successful and loved by customers.
Leadership: Oversight & management of the entire Product team.
Roadmap ownership: Create, maintain and take responsibility for the roadmap, delivery & quality.
Product design: Concept development, product definition, product scoping, pricing, and target-customer definition — always in close alignment with the C-level.
Execution: Develop MVPs, test and validate them with customers, prioritize new features and launch them successfully.
Customer insights: Conduct interviews, collect feedback, establish NPS measurements and translate results into the product strategy.
External representation: Represent encentive on panels, at conferences and within the industry; clearly articulate your position on the development of the energy system (you understand, live and convey our vision).
Network building: Build and maintain a strong network within the energy system — with customers, partners and stakeholders.
Team building: Support recruiting and onboarding of new Product Owners & UX/PMs.
Requirements
Several years of experience in Product Development & Product organizations.
Demonstrable success in enterprise software and fast-paced environments (e.g., scale-ups, tech leaders, Silicon Valley companies).
Experience transforming complex technologies into market-oriented products.
Deep knowledge of Product Discovery, UX Research, Pricing and Market Positioning.
Leadership skills: You can inspire, coach and develop teams.
Preferable: Understanding of the energy system — if not, willingness and ability to build this knowledge quickly.
Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on attitude and the ability to translate vision into tangible product strategies.
