About the role
- Head of Product responsible for product planning and development at Supply Wisdom. Leading product strategy and enhancing enterprise risk visibility through innovative enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end product roadmap for Supply Wisdom’s TPRM and risk intelligence solutions
- Engage with clients, analysts, and internal stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and translate market needs into impactful product initiatives
- Define and track key product KPIs such as automation efficiency, data accuracy, and time-to-insight to drive adoption and continuous improvement
- Research and champion new product opportunities and strategic enhancements to strengthen market leadership
- Build and present visionary concepts, business cases, and recommendations to guide executive decision-making
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, operations, marketing, and sales to shape requirements, pricing, and go-to-market strategies
- Lead strategic partnerships and vendor relationships to expand product capabilities and value
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, risk management, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5–9 years of experience in product management for B2B SaaS products, with strong hands-on exposure to data-driven or AI/ML-based solutions (e.g., LLMs, NLP, automation, and analytics platforms)
- 5+ years’ experience in service product management (data & analytics, supply chain, third-party risk, vendor governance, research, consulting, or outsourcing) preferred
- Advanced project management skills
- Experience collaborating with global market/industry analyst firms on product roadmaps and launches
- Proven ability to define and launch innovative B2B SaaS products
- Strong expertise in costing, pricing models, and price management
- Understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and integrations across multi-system architectures (ETL, Redshift, Looker, or equivalent)
- Experience working with global teams and diverse cultures preferred
- Strong analytical, conceptual, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with ability to influence stakeholders
