Responsibilities
Overall responsibility for the operational debt collection area, including multiple teams and team leaders
Ensure efficient, quality- and results-oriented day-to-day operations
Lead, coach and develop subordinate managers and staff
Continuously optimize processes, structures and systems (including digitization/automation)
Manage KPIs, reporting and derive measures to improve performance
Work closely with executive management and manage interfaces with internal departments and external partners
Requirements
Several years of leadership experience in debt collection/receivables management or a comparable service-oriented environment
Strong expertise in operational control, process management and KPI-driven performance management
Excellent analytical and conceptual skills, decisiveness and strong execution capability
Confident communicator at all levels, professional presence and strong customer/service orientation
Proficient with MS Office and, ideally, familiar with common collections/ERP systems
