Plan, coordinate and execute the handover process of an offshore converter plant from the project phase to operational service
Develop and implement a handover plan
Ensure completeness and quality of all technical and operational documentation
Coordinate acceptance activities (MC, RFC, RFO) with operations
Track and follow up on open issues
Structure and transfer all relevant data, systems and evidence to operations
Maintain continuous communication with all relevant stakeholders
Contribute to the standardization of handover processes within overarching programmes
Support the documentation process and document control
Requirements
Experience in project and handover management of complex industrial and energy facilities (ideally offshore converter plants or comparable infrastructure projects)
Familiarity with commissioning and acceptance processes (MC, RFC, RFO)
Confident use of documentation and data management systems as well as completion management systems
Strong communication skills, assertiveness and a structured, proactive working style
Very good German and English language skills
University degree (Bachelor/Master) preferably in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
Knowledge of SAP R/3 (MM) and/or SAP S/4HANA
Experience with documentation and collaboration systems as well as completion management systems (e.g. ThinkProject, PIMS)
Offshore certifications according to GWO/BOSIET standards
