About the role
- Handover-Manager overseeing the handover process of offshore converter plants at PMP Projektmanagement. Ensuring documentation and transition quality for operational readiness in Hannover and remote.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and execute the handover process of an offshore converter plant from the project phase to operational service
- Develop and implement a handover plan
- Ensure completeness and quality of all technical and operational documentation
- Coordinate acceptance activities (MC, RFC, RFO) with operations
- Track and follow up on open issues
- Structure and transfer all relevant data, systems and evidence to operations
- Maintain continuous communication with all relevant stakeholders
- Contribute to the standardization of handover processes within overarching programmes
- Support the documentation process and document control
Requirements
- Experience in project and handover management of complex industrial and energy facilities (ideally offshore converter plants or comparable infrastructure projects)
- Familiarity with commissioning and acceptance processes (MC, RFC, RFO)
- Confident use of documentation and data management systems as well as completion management systems
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness and a structured, proactive working style
- Very good German and English language skills
- University degree (Bachelor/Master) preferably in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Knowledge of SAP R/3 (MM) and/or SAP S/4HANA
- Experience with documentation and collaboration systems as well as completion management systems (e.g. ThinkProject, PIMS)
- Offshore certifications according to GWO/BOSIET standards
