About the role

  • Generate deep understanding of existing GTM processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
  • Design, implement, and maintain standard automations across CRM- and connected systems to reduce manual work while ensuring data integrity and reliability
  • Explore, prototype, and operationalize AI-driven applications (e.g., Copilot Studio solutions, conversation intelligence, data enrichment, automated outreach)
  • Define, implement and track success metrics for automation
  • Serve as a bridge between GTM Operations, the Business Applications and Data teams, ensuring commercial needs are translated into scalable and secure system deployments
  • Create technical and end-user documentation and drive enablement across teams to ensure adoption
  • Continuously monitor automation performance and optimize for scalability, ensuring 24/7 uptime
  • Support day-to-day troubleshooting, process documentation, and enablement
  • Build the foundation for a future-proof GTM tech stack that enables scale, accuracy, and efficiency as we grow

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience (full time or from relevant internships)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Tech Stack is a plus (Dynamics365, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Knowledge of CRM system is a plus (Dynamics365 Sales, Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Flexibility on working hours due to US collaboration requirement (mainly east-, and on rare occasions west-coast)
  • Ability to break down complex processes for themselves and others
