About the role
- Generate deep understanding of existing GTM processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
- Design, implement, and maintain standard automations across CRM- and connected systems to reduce manual work while ensuring data integrity and reliability
- Explore, prototype, and operationalize AI-driven applications (e.g., Copilot Studio solutions, conversation intelligence, data enrichment, automated outreach)
- Define, implement and track success metrics for automation
- Serve as a bridge between GTM Operations, the Business Applications and Data teams, ensuring commercial needs are translated into scalable and secure system deployments
- Create technical and end-user documentation and drive enablement across teams to ensure adoption
- Continuously monitor automation performance and optimize for scalability, ensuring 24/7 uptime
- Support day-to-day troubleshooting, process documentation, and enablement
- Build the foundation for a future-proof GTM tech stack that enables scale, accuracy, and efficiency as we grow
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience (full time or from relevant internships)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Tech Stack is a plus (Dynamics365, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, PowerBI, etc.)
- Knowledge of CRM system is a plus (Dynamics365 Sales, Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Flexibility on working hours due to US collaboration requirement (mainly east-, and on rare occasions west-coast)
