Responsibilities
Create innovative, brand-aligned designs across a variety of channels including web, presentations, signage, internal communications, and marketing collateral.
Translate business goals and strategic direction into high-quality visual solutions that support Voya’s mission and brand identity.
Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to brainstorm, develop, and execute creative concepts.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality across deliverables.
Provide thoughtful input and feedback to improve design processes and elevate creative standards.
Maintain and organize internal design assets, photography, and video libraries.
Stay current on design trends, tools, and technologies to keep Voya’s creative output fresh and relevant.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creativity and strategic thinking.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver); familiarity with Figma and other design tools is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively.
Excellent time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
A passion for continuous learning and professional development.
3+ years of experience in a creative or marketing agency environment (preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, or a related field (preferred).
Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript is a plus
Experience utilizing task management platforms like Workfront
Experience with photography and photo-editing software.
