Support the delivery of creative design across a range of media, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Interpret creative briefs and developing visual concepts that bring the Biffa brand to life across digital, social, PR, sales enablement, internal and event channels.
Produce variations of key templates and Biffa’s “house style” for key touchpoints, including sales presenters, case studies, brochures, product sheets, Mailchimp, posters and other customer collateral.
Take full ownership of assigned creative projects, including project management to ensure delivery to agreed deadlines, stakeholder communication and implementation of feedback, managing jobs via our digital workflow management tool, ClickUp.
Collaborate with the wider Group Marketing team to ensure visual consistency and contribute to problem-solving through design.
Act as a brand guardian, helping to maintain the integrity and consistency of the Biffa visual identity across all touchpoints.
Champion our digital media library, the DAM, ensuring all approved brand collateral is uploaded, supporting users from across the business in getting the most out of the platform to support business objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Art, Fine Art or equivalent
Graphic design experience from UK or International B2B brand
A portfolio that demonstrates creativity, attention to detail, and an understanding of layout and typography.
Experience of managing design processes from brief to delivery
Confident using Adobe Creative software (e.g. InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft (e.g. Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
