About the role

  • Deliver high-impact design across key brand and marketing campaigns, from concept to final production
  • Manage external design partners, freelancers, and creative agencies—owning briefs, timelines, and output quality
  • Maintain and evolve Unily’s brand guidelines, ensuring cohesive design across digital, print, and product-facing channels
  • Own creative workflows and prioritize incoming design requests across multiple business stakeholders
  • Own design project intake, timelines, capacity planning, and delivery across functions
  • Collaborate with marketers, product teams, and business leaders to translate strategic goals into engaging visual content
  • Develop and execute compelling campaign creative, sales collateral, digital experiences, and more
  • Identify opportunities to push the boundaries of digital and motion design and contribute to brand evolution
  • Individual contributor role with potential to build and lead an in-house creative team over time

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of experience in graphic design, ideally with a strong portfolio of B2B or SaaS marketing work
  • Proven experience managing creative agencies or freelancers
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and modern design tools
  • Solid understanding of branding, marketing funnels, and digital best practices
  • Strong project ownership skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership stakeholders
  • Resource Management: effectively plans and allocates design resources, balancing in-house capacity and freelance needs
  • Agency Management: confidently leads and evaluates external agencies and contractors
  • Data Driven Insights: uses performance metrics and campaign data to refine visual storytelling
  • Marketing Foundations: understands core marketing concepts (e.g., funnel stages, ABM, brand awareness)
  • Behavioral Competencies: accountability, collaboration, and clear communication skills
